With MudMates, the name says it all: The teams work together to overcome muddy obstacles
Strength, skill, endurance, and team spirit – that's what MudMates is all about. 10 Storopack employees from Metzingen took part in the outdoor obstacle course this year, which crossed various kinds of terrain in the Metzingen region. On an 11-kilometer course with an elevation difference of 400 meters, they faced some muddy obstacles, which calls for endurance and cooperation within the team, above all else. “The obstacles can mostly only be overcome in a team,” explains Nicole Pichler, Human Resources Administrator in Metzingen. “As such, a lot of teamwork in needed – everyone helps everyone else. It was nice to witness the colleagues growing closer together at MudMates.”
