PELASPAN® BIO – HOME-COMPOSTABLE CUSHIONING CHIPS MADE FROM VEGETABLE STARCH FOR SENSITIVE SHIPPING GOODS.
PELASPAN® BIO is a pourable loose-fill padding material designed to protect sensitive goods during storage and shipment. Largely made from vegetable starch, the material is certified compostable in accordance with the NF T51-800 standard.
When added to the box, the cushioning chips spread out automatically, efficiently filling the voids. Thanks to the tried-and-tested S-shape, the cushioning chips interlock and form stable cushioning all around that blocks, braces, and stabilizes products and protects them from impacts during transport. The packaging chips are also water-soluble, odorless, and generate minimal dust.
PELASPAN® BIO can be integrated into existing packaging processes with ease.
