Networking among Trainees
Following a two-year break, the traditional trainee get-together took place again at the start of September. For the 13th time, 16 trainees and students from the German Storopack locations gathered to get to know each other and the company better. The motto of the two-day event was “Achieving lasting success as part of a team” and took place in Metzingen. The program included presentations of the locations by the participants, a guided tour of the Metzingen site, and SCIP content, explained in a lecture by Merlin Kirsammer. The event was rounded off by a workshop run by Sarah Stempfle and Astrid Winkeler on the subject of social media.
As always, the trainees and students had organized the event themselves, with a team from Metzingen taking charge this year. “The trainee get-together has become something of a tradition,” says Sandra Manco, Human Resources Administrator in Metzingen. “We want to help our future professionals to establish company contacts and gain new impressions.”
