Storopack Says Thank You to Caregivers by Making a Donation to Diakonie-Sozialstation
Metzingen, January 18, 2023. Storopack is supporting Diakonie-Sozialstation Metzingen e.V. with a donation of €12,500. The organization is known for its motto of “bringing help into the home” and for helping families to care for their relatives. During the coronavirus pandemic, society gradually became more aware of how important nurses and caregivers are. But gratitude and appreciation often fade over time. That’s why Storopack would like to once again say thank you for their valuable work and make a gesture of appreciation to those who help others every single day. The donation check was handed over to Jens-Patrick Mews and Ute Grießinger by Oliver Donth and Astrid Winkeler on behalf of Storopack.

The team supports and cares for people at all stages of life and treats everyone who they meet with dignity and respect – without exception. They provide assistance in more than 600 households, helping many people to manage their day-to-day lives. Mr. Mews, president of Diakonie-Sozialstation, explains: “The donation will go toward digitalization of the necessary day-to-day paperwork, thereby making life easier for our caregivers.”
