rEPS FOR CONSTRUCTION MEANS SUSTAINABLE INSULATION FOR SMARTER BUILDING APPLICATIONS
We believe construction should be both efficient and sustainable. That’s why rEPS Low Lambda and rEPS Flame-Retardant are engineered to set new standards for high-performance, low-emission building materials. Both materials are sustainable alternatives to EPS: certified by RecyClass, fully recyclable, and designed to support circularity while meeting European building standards.
rEPS Low Lambda delivers superior thermal insulation with a very low lambda value of 0.031–0.032 W/m·K and at least 88% recycled content. Its innovative recipe improves thermal resistance, making it ideal for insulated construction parts, HVAC systems, and technical molded components. rEPS Flame-Retardant is the first EPS with flame-retardant properties made from 95% recycled content. Certified to EN 13501 Class E, it ensures fire safety for applications such as ETICS panels, window components, and HVAC systems.
Both materials reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 90% compared to virgin EPS (Phase A1 method 15804+A2) and enable sustainable building solutions.
