rEPS – PROTECTIVE PACKAGING MADE FROM AT LEAST 95% RECYCLED EPS.
rEPS is a recycled expanded polystyrene (EPS) for customized protective packaging. The material is made from at least 95% recycled EPS and PS waste and combines extraordinary protection with a high percentage of recycled material. Both post-consumer and post-industrial recycled materials are used in production. The material streams in use are certified in accordance with RecyClass.
The stable material bond ensures reliable protective properties and enables the production of tailored packaging solutions for a whole host of products. rEPS is therefore suitable for many packaging applications, including protective packaging for electronic equipment and household appliances, temperature-controlled packaging solutions for pharma and non-food products, and technical applications in construction.
