Trainee meeting 2025 in Hamburg
Our annual trainee meeting took place on September 18 and 19, 2025. This year, around 20 trainees and dual students from various locations in Hamburg came together. After a short welcome, the morning program included a visit to one of our customers. In the afternoon, a workshop on our new Values & Guidelines took place, before the first day came to a pleasant close with an interview with the management, a joint dinner, and a light tour of the port city. The second day started with a photo shooting, followed by an intensive communication training, which provided many new insights and exciting moments of realization. After lunch, there was a tour through the factory, followed by a presentation about “E-Commerce”, and the two-day event ended with a feedback session.
