Learning, Connecting and Growing Together
On September 24 and 25, 2026, our annual trainee meeting took place. This year, around 18 apprentices and dual study students from various locations came together in Metzingen. After a short welcome, the morning continued with a presentation about our Molding Division. In the afternoon, the participants took part in a site tour and after that they received input from our Payroll team. Afterwards, they enjoyed a guided tour of Metzingen City and rounded off the evening with delicious Swabian cuisine. The second day began with a photoshoot, followed by an informative AI workshop. After lunch, the traditional interview with CEO Hermann Reichenecker took place before the two-day event concluded with a feedback session.
