EPP (EXPANDED POLYPROPYLENE) / ARPRO®
Particle-foams made of expanded polypropylene (EPP) are half-hard up to flexible, thermoplastic synthetic foams, predominantly consisting of closed cells. The loose delivered particles are converted to all kinds of synthetic shell molds in foaming machines.
Due to the good mechanical attributes, which attract attention for example by a great specific energy consumption, a small rest of compression set and a multiple capacitance of absorption property without nameable leakage, EPP takes up an exceptional position especially compared to foamed polystyrene and opens up different markets.

Characteristics
The expanded plastic foam EPP / ARPRO® can be found in many everyday products, from automobiles to packaging, from insulation products to consumer goods, and more.
An intriguing thing about ARPRO® EPP is how many ways creative designers, stylists and engineers find to employ it to replace materials such as metals, wood or other plastics. In addition, ARPRO® performs unlike any other material because of its unique combination of material properties.
